All wrestlers MUST have a valid USA wrestling membership to participate.

Fees:
$330 for 1st and 2nd year wrestlers ($150 for siblings). $400 for 3rd year and up and jr high wrestlers ($200 for siblings). Includes t-shirt, shorts, and singlet.

Singlets will be distributed at practice and should be worn to all BWA dual meets and for picture day. A $30 refund will be provided upon return of the singlet. I agree to forfeit the $30 refundable singlet fee if the singlet is not returned at the end of the season.

I, being the legal guardian of the participant listed above, hereby grant permission to allow my child/children to participate in the Longwood Wrestling Club. I understand the physical nature of wrestling and agree to waive, release, hold harmless, and indemnify Longwood Wrestling Club, its officers, volunteers, and sponsors, as well as Nordonia Hills School District from any and all claims for damage for personal injury to the participant or loss of property resulting from the above-named child’s participation in this activity.
Photo Release Consent
I hereby allow the reproduction and publication of my child’s photograph(s)/video
We take photographs/videos of the activities involving the wrestlers to share the clubs positive vibes and updates. By which incidentally, some photographs may capture your child’s participation, directly or indirectly. These photos/videos may be published through our website, social medias, news bulletins, billboards, and ads. With this, we seek for your consent in allowing us to publish photos which may involve your child to the said platforms.
