Longwood Wrestling Club teaches folkstyle/collegiate wrestling November-March (the traditional school wrestling season) for wrestlers in grades K-6.

Practices are organized by age experience and ability and we welcome all skill levels from beginner to elite.

• November 6-March 21
• 6:00-7:30 pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Rookie practice (1st and 2nd year wrestlers) – Tuesday & Thursday, 6-7:30 pm

JV & Varsity practice (3rd year and up) – Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday, 6-7:30 pm

Practices begin at 6:00 pm sharp.
Drop off by 5:45 pm.

Practice ends at 7:30 pm.
Please arrive by 7:15 pm to pick up your child.

All practices are in the Nordonia High School wrestling room.
