WHEN:

Pre-season practices start October 19, 2026. Regular season starts November 2nd.

Beginners (“All Star” wrestlers) – 2 days/week, split by grade level:
Grades K-3  – Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm
Grades 4-6 – Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm

Experienced (“Varsity” wrestlers) – 3-4 days/week:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6:30-8:15 pm
Tuesdays optional add on if needed (coach decision)

Wrestlers should arrive 10-15 minutes before practice starts.

To find the wrestling room, drive around behind the building and enter through “Gymnasium” doors on the north end of the building, Door #16. The wrestling room is immediately to the right when you walk in.
